Kira (a female Gelfling) lived with her family until the Skeksis and Garthim (insect-like creatures that serve the evil Skeksis) destroyed her village, being saved by her mother that hid her in a tree. Podlings rescued Kira and took her home, taught her how to talk to the animals around her, and all her life she believed she was the only Gelfling alive. She has a pet, Fizzgig, and can call the animals for help if she needs them. Show less «
